How we start
How does the free diagnosis work?
It is a 30-minute call. We look at your social media, your sales channels and your numbers, and tell you where you are losing customers and what we would do first.
What do I get after the diagnosis?
A plan within 7 days: what to do, in what order, how much it can add and how we will measure it.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need. We tell you clearly in the diagnosis, with no commitment.
What guarantee do you offer?
If you do not see results in 30 days, we refund your money.
What are those results measured against?
Against the baseline we take in the diagnosis: the number we agree to move (bookings, sales, inquiries answered, returning customers) as it stood before we started.
How do I book the diagnosis?
Message us on Instagram at @north.mkt_ and we will reply with available times. It can be by video call or in person in Mexico City or Tulum.
What should I have on hand?
Nothing is required. If you can, sales or bookings from the last few months, which channel each one comes from, and access to look at your social media and your Google profile.
Who it is for
Do I need a lot of followers?
No. If you have a community, we turn it into sales; if not, we start with AI and ads.
Does it work for my industry?
The method works for any business that sells to people. The Industries section shows where to start for restaurants, hotels, clubs, fashion brands, cafés and professional services.
Does it work for a small business?
Yes. You start with what you already have: your customers, your messages and your Google profile. What requires more investment, like ads, is added once the first steps are working.
Does it work if I already have an agency or someone handling social media?
Yes. We can take on one specific area, like the WhatsApp agent or the customer database, and work alongside whoever already handles the rest.
Do I have to change my tools?
Usually not. If your booking system, your store or your CRM has an API or integration, they connect. If not, we tell you in the diagnosis.
Where are you based and where do you work?
We are in Mexico City and Tulum. We work remotely with businesses in Latin America, the United States, Europe and Australia.
AI agents
Can the agent get prices or terms wrong?
We train it only on your information and set limits. If it does not know something, it does not make it up: it hands the conversation to your team.
Does the customer know they are talking to an AI?
We recommend saying so naturally. What people care about is getting a fast, good answer.
Can it message a customer first on WhatsApp?
Within 24 hours of the customer's last message it replies freely. To start a conversation outside that window, WhatsApp requires templates approved by Meta.
What languages does it handle?
Whatever language people write in. By default we set it up in Spanish and English.
Do I need the WhatsApp API?
For an agent that converses on its own and takes actions, yes: it uses the WhatsApp Business Platform. The WhatsApp Business app is enough for a small team that replies by hand.
Does WhatsApp charge for messages?
Meta charges for template messages, with rates by country and message type. Replying to a customer who wrote to you, within 24 hours, has no Meta cost.
What does the agent do with a complaint?
It passes it to a person with a summary of the conversation. Complaints, large groups and special requests are on its handoff list.
Data and privacy
Who owns the data?
You do. It stays in your accounts and your CRM; we work with access you can revoke.
Do you comply with data protection law?
We only contact people who gave permission, and we record that permission by channel and date, according to each country's regulations. In Mexico that includes having a visible privacy notice.
Results and measurement
How long does it take to see a result?
It depends on the action. Replying fast with an agent or reactivating customers by email usually shows movement in the first weeks. Google and AI assistants take longer, because they depend on those systems rereading and reassessing your information.
Do you guarantee ranking first on Google or being recommended by ChatGPT?
No. Nobody controls those systems. What we do is the work that influences them, and we measure it every month with rankings and a bank of test questions.
How do I know it works?
With a monthly dashboard of 5 to 7 metrics, measured all the way to the sale or booking, compared with the baseline from the diagnosis.
Why don't you look at likes?
Because they don't pay the bills. We look at inquiries, bookings, sales and what each one costs to get.
